ButterflyX Return Policy
At ButterflyX, we take pride in delivering premium Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu apparel. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to make the return process as simple as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by improper handling will not be accepted.
Return Process

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item. For exchanges, you'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. - Ship It Back
Use your preferred shipping carrier to send the item back to us. Ensure your package has tracking to avoid lost shipments. - Exchange Processing
Once we receive your item, we’ll ship the replacement (subject to availability). Shipping fees for the new item will be covered by Butterfly X.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Please note, that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges for Incorrect Sizing
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exchanging items for a different size.
