At ButterflyX, we work hard to make sure your gear gets to you quickly and securely. Below you’ll find details on how we handle shipping for all orders.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We offer flat-rate standard shipping across the U.S. (rates displayed at checkout).

  • Expedited shipping options are available for an additional cost.

  • Typical delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Local Support – Texas

As a Texas-based brand, we’re proud to support the Jiu-Jitsu communities of Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin—but we ship nationwide.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. (available options shown at checkout).

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to us at sales@bfxgear.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
